birthday

Every two years Paris welcomes Milipol, the worldwide exhibition of internal State security. The leading international event in the security sector, Milipol is expecting more than 1000 exhibiting companies from over 40 countries and 30.000 professional visitors.
Milipol, the meeting point for technological innovation in the field of public security, covers 18 sectors of activity. The exhibition offers a comprehensive range of products, solutions and services in these areas.
New features for the 16th edition
Milipol is creating a special area within the exhibition dedicated to the protection of countries and their populations in the face of major risks (environmental, climatic, industrial etc). This new area will group together the major players in this sector next to the French Ministry of Interior's Civil Security Directorate.
Another new feature in 2011 is a high-level conference that will take place in Paris on the day before the exhibition opens, Monday 16 November.
A truly international exhibition :
Milipol 2007 welcomed 956 exhibitors, of which 62% came from 41 countries outside France. There were 26,357 professional visitors from 134 countries and 58 official delegations.
